Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard (credit cards attract a 3% fee) and all major debit cards (free to use). Currently we accept cheques but goods will not be dispatched until the balance has cleared in full. Payments may be made via bank transfer (details available on request). Payments from ROI must be made in this way due to card fraud.

Delivery

Depending on the articles ordered we have various delivery methods. Deliveries close to Manchester are carried out by ourselves and cost typically £20. Palletised deliveries are available all over the UK and Ireland, for prices to your postcode area click here (Great Britain only, for deliveries to Ireland and the Islands please call or email us). Articles sent via pallet include terracotta pots, masonry barbecues, wood burning ovens, water features and zinc containers. Where it is possible to combine orders on one pallet we will do so. Obviously the more terracotta pots are stacked on a pallet the more economic the delivery charge will be!

We use Fastway to dispatch items up to 25kg and up to 2m high and 1m square. We often ship pizza oven tool sets and oven accessories (vermiculite, ciment fondu, perlite, lime mortars, etc) this way. Fastway deliveries cost £6.95 and only cover mainland Great Britain. Sometimes we dispatch smaller and lighter goods by Royal Mail. Prices available on application.

We will dispatch goods ordered in the most economic manner as well as the safest way possible. All deliveries via pallet, Royal Mail and Fastway are at cost. Any damage must be reported within 5 days to qualify for insurance so make sure you check your goods thoroughly once they arrive. A photo is also necessary for insurance purposes and must be emailed to info@terracottawarehouse.co.uk with full details.
