You may decide to build a supporting structure of brick or breeze block and tiles. There are scores of examples of outdoor pizza oven designs all over the internet. Some build brickwork around the oven vault, others may construct a pitched roof over it. Your only limit is your imagination!

What you are buying from us is pictured on the right. It is manufactured from pressed refractory material with a high percentage of aluminium oxide. The height of the cooking area from the bottom and its parabolic shape allow the homogeneous heating of the base and consequently food is perfectly cooked. Because of their characteristics the ovens may be installed outside, with appropriate protection, or inside, single or combined with fireplaces. However installation inside properties must be carried out by a registered heat engineer.
